There are ATM’s on the casino floor
Check in is 4pm - check out by midday and there is luggage storage for before or after you check in or out if required.
There is a beauty salon, a fitness room and a baby sitting service. There is a small gift shop which sells bottled drinks, candy bars etc. There is a jewellery store.
Starbucks is just off the lobby with the usual fare.
There are three restaurants - Josh’s for fine dining, Four Seasons for 24 hour diner style food (the service was excellent and the food very good) and an all-you-can-eat-buffet is open for breakfast to supper. There were also several casino bar areas which sold snacks.
My room was standard and contained, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. Cots and rollaways and fridges are available on request. The rollaways are $15 per night but I did not enquire on the cost of the other items.
Note although rollaways are available if you don’t want to bed share, the maximum number per room is still 4.
There is a mail drop at the desk and safe deposit boxes available on request. Valet parking is free. There is also a large self-parking area.
The self parking area is where our buses will pick up and drop off.
We have 100 rooms reserved for our attendees until August 10th 2009.
Regretably they only have 2 rooms for handicapped guests and these are allocated on a first come basis at registration. If you are in need of a special room please email Vicki privately and she will see what she can do to help. However, the standard room would accommodate a wheelchair, the bathroom would not.
The hotel has wi-fi access but there is no internet café on site.
Please make sure you follow the new instructions for authorisation to enter the USA we don't want our convention attendees turned back at the airport!
